SFAKIANAKIS S.A. founded as BUSSING HELLAS S.A. which came from the buy-out of TELKO S.A. The initial company TELKO S.A. has no relation with the next business patterns and activities but it was just used for the establishment of BUSSING HELLAS S.A. .

  • AUTOLINK S.A. undertakes the representation of FORD cars in Northwest Attica.

  • AUTOFORM S.A. becomes one of the two official VOLVO dealers in Attica.

  • SFAKIANAKIS S.A. acquires participation in SPEEDEX S.A.

  • CADILLAC HELLAS S.A. becomes the exclusive distributor of CADILLAC, CHEVROLET and HUMMER cars in Greece.

  • SFAKIANAKAS S.A. acquires 25% of ALPAN ELECTROLINE Ltd by participating in an increase in its share capital.

  • SFAKIANAKIS S.A. acquires 40% of WINLINK S.A. participating in an increase in its share capital.

  • SFAKIANAKIS S.A. becomes an official distributor and repairer of BMW cars and motorcycles.

  • SFAKIANAKIS S.A. increases its participation in the company ALPAN ELECTROLINE Ltd to 40% by participating in an increase in its share capital.

  • SFAKIANAKIS S.A. acquires 99.9% of MIRKAT Ltd.

  • SFAKIANAKIS S.A. becomes the exclusive importer of SUZUKI products for FYROM and Albania.

  • SFAKIANAKIS S.A. acquires 49.9% of the share capital of ATHONIKI TECHNIKI S.A.

  • Merger by absorption of the subsidiaries AUTOTEAM S.A., AUTOLINK S.A., AUTOFORUM S.A. and CADILLAC HELLAS S.A.

  • SFAKIANAKIS S.A. acquires retail units of Kontellis Group (Ford, Volvo, Fiat, Alfa Romeo & Lancia)

  • Merger by absorption of subsidiary company SFAKIANAKIS S.A.

  • SFAKIANAKIS S.A. acquires Ergotrak S.A. (representative and distributor in Greece and Balkans of internationally recognized manufacturers of construction machinery and industrial products).
